No leather. No licensed Alcantara. Our own microsuede.

Real Alcantara® doesn't come in neon, and thin enough for a slim wallet it turns brittle. So we developed our own material; velvety like the original, truer in bright colours, completely vegan.

This isn't a compromise. It's the reason our colours stay the way you buy them.

2. What we process and why

Waitlist: if you sign up, we process your email address to notify you about the launch. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Orders: if you buy, we process the data required to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), such as name, delivery and billing address, and order details.

3. Hosting and server logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page) to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

We use only cookies that are technically necessary to operate the site. Non-essential or analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

5. Recipients and processors

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment and shipping partners), bound by data processing agreements and only as far as necessary. The waitlist sign-up form is handled by our form service provider Web3Forms, which forwards the submitted email address to us. We do not sell your data.

6. Storage period

We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods; waitlist data is deleted upon withdrawal of consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

8. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Warteliste: Bei Anmeldung verarbeiten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, um dich über den Launch zu informieren. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du jederzeit widerrufen kannst. Bestellungen: Bei einem Kauf verarbeiten wir die zur Vertragserfüllung und zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten erforderlichen Daten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c DSGVO), etwa Name, Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse sowie Bestelldaten.

3. Hosting und Server-Logs

Beim Besuch dieser Website verarbeitet unser Hosting-Provider automatisch technische Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite), um die Website sicher bereitzustellen. Das Warteliste-Formular wird über unseren Formular-Dienstleister Web3Forms abgewickelt, der die eingegebene E-Mail-Adresse an uns weiterleitet. Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht.

6. Speicherdauer

Wir speichern Daten nur solange, wie es für die genannten Zwecke erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen es verlangen; Warteliste-Daten werden bei Widerruf der Einwilligung gelöscht.

7. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung. Eine erteilte Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.

Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · PETTY CASH, Vienna

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via this website between PETTY CASH, Ilse-Buck-Straße 28, 1220 Vienna, Austria ("PETTY CASH") and the customer. Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply unless PETTY CASH agrees to them in writing.

2. Formation of contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer. A contract is formed only once PETTY CASH confirms the order or dispatches the goods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include statutory VAT plus any shipping costs stated during checkout. Payment is due as shown during checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery periods are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. For consumers, the risk passes on handover of the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons, in line with EU distance-selling law. The statutory exceptions apply.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty and guarantee rights apply without restriction.

7. Liability

PETTY CASH is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Mandatory liability, in particular for personal injury, for intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

8. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Severability

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Geltungsbereich

Diese AGB gelten für alle über diese Website geschlossenen Bestellungen zwischen PETTY CASH, Ilse-Buck-Straße 28, 1220 Wien, Österreich ("PETTY CASH") und dem Kunden. Entgegenstehende Bedingungen des Kunden gelten nur, wenn PETTY CASH ihnen schriftlich zustimmt.

2. Vertragsschluss

Die Darstellung der Produkte stellt kein bindendes Angebot dar. Der Vertrag kommt erst mit Bestellbestätigung oder Versand der Ware durch PETTY CASH zustande.

3. Preise und Zahlung

Preise verstehen sich in Euro inklusive gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer zuzüglich der im Bestellvorgang ausgewiesenen Versandkosten. Die Zahlung ist wie im Bestellvorgang angegeben fällig.

4. Lieferung

Lieferfristen sind unverbindliche Schätzungen, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders vereinbart. Bei Verbrauchern geht die Gefahr mit Übergabe der Ware über.

5. Widerrufsrecht

Verbrauchern steht das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen gemäß EU-Fernabsatzrecht zu. Die gesetzlichen Ausnahmen bleiben unberührt.

6. Gewährleistung

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungs- und Garantierechte ohne Einschränkung.

7. Haftung

PETTY CASH haftet nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Die zwingende Haftung, insbesondere für Personenschäden, für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz, bleibt unberührt.

8. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt österreichisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen des Wohnsitzstaates des Verbrauchers bleiben unberührt.

9. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
